We wanted to bring you some quick, easy and tasty dessert and snack options. So we’ve recently teamed up with creative team Jess Davis and Melanie Johnstone for a bit of a play. And, banana splits are always a winner right!? We couldn’t believe just how simple, yet sooooo good these are.
Vegan choc Nut banana split
One large organic banana
Three generous scoops of Coconuts Organic Choc Orange Swirl
Pip & Nut smooth peanut butter
Biona date syrup
Chopped nuts eg hazelnuts
Carefully peel and slice the banana lengthways using a butter knife to be on the safe side!
Place the two half’s back to back on a plate like a butterfly and place the scoops of ice cream down the centre. When doing this have a mug of hot water and a tea towel to hand so you can have a warm but dry scooper to get the perfect ice cream balls!
Drizzle with a generous amount of peanut butter and date syrup then sprinkle with chopped nuts and crown with an edible flower if you can get hold of any.
